Not receiving notifications despite buying premium veresion.

I have the premion account but my details are not being populated when I try and book a test.

my testi app is not allowing me to put in my driving liscense number

Can't book cancellation due to Access Denied Error 15 'request blocked by security service'.. Will this be resolved??

Hi when I try to access change your driving test on gov.uk it is saying access denied. Will deleting the testi app solve this issue?

Whenever I click on a driving test cancellation, it comes up with error and will no longer let me book it, I have paid for premium and I am trying to look for an earlier text.

Whenever I try booking a test by clicking on the date I would like, your app goes to a page that says error, and then a load of stuff about settings and ip addresses. This is frustrating as I’ve pare for the premium, but can never book a test because it doesn’t work

Why am I not getting notifications when all my system settings are correct Why when I see a date available goes the Gov website say none available even when going straight back into app and it’s still showing as available

Very disappointing... Whenever I try to get cancelation slot, always shows error 15... So frustrating

Basically the same as numerous other people on this site. Every single time I click on a cancellation I get an error 15 message. It's so ridiculous it's almost funny. Seems like a scam now. Take your money with zero chance of accessing the service. Not impressed at all.

Paid for the Premium account but the app is not working. Comes up with an Error 15 message whenever I click on a cancellation, saying its been blocked by security rules. Useless. How can this be fixed?

Hi, Click on a date then go to DVSA site there is no date available, even called them direct whilst a date was live on app and they said not in the system, why?????

Everytime I try to click on a test it says access denied. Sometimes it’s error 15 other times it’s a security issue or my IP address or something. Nothing has changed so I am confused. Missed an ideal test due to this. Please help.

I rarely get notifications as if the app decides to pick and choose when to send them. As well as this, when I have had the rare chance to pick up a cancellation it comes up with Error 15. I see others are having this problem. Please help. We have paid for a service we aren’t meeting.
