8 months agoI've paid the premium for the Testi app and every time a cancellation comes through, i get an error 15 come up, access denied. Why is this? Will you sort the problem or refund my money. So far very unhappy with this app

1 year agoI have a premium Testi account and when I try to book early test I have to entry all my driving licence and booking reference every time as auto does not work and I missed early cancellation dates.I am paying for a service which doesn’t work properly , just so unfair. I would request you to look into this issue and please sort out or money back. Thank you.

1 year agoI have got testi app. Few times I couldn't book cancellation date always shows some one else booked. App itself shows driving test booked 28/11/22. But I cancelled few weeks ago and got new one on 16/03/22. I want to put that forward

1 year agoEverytime I try and book a test it says access denied I have paid extra also for a premium account I would like a refund because I am paying for a service which doesn't allow me to book absolutely terrible

Not useful
I should have done more research first — there are other apps that will auto-book an appointment for you. They hoover up all the available dates instantly, so apps like this are useless. By the time you log in, even if you do it right away, those appointments are long gone.

Push notifications appear but cannot book
The DVSA must have changed API because this app logs in but test is never available even 1s after receiving the push. This happens every single time so it cannot merely be a case of “oh, someone else got the booking before you”. Promising UI but unfortunately doesn’t work.
