How to fix Testio app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Testio app on iPhone
Update Testio app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Testio iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Testio network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Testio app issues:

Force Stop the Testio App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Testio app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Testio to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Testio App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Testio app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Testio.

Fix Testio unable to contact server/ Testio internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Testio » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Testio » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Testio on android.
