Suddenly after 5 years,cant connect with my or the ladys Android, But my friend with iphone connect..
Everything works normal except last week I filled my tank full which is 26 gal. Once I reset my fuel it doesn’t change. Is there a software update.
Brand new vesselview won't connect via Bluetooth. Green light flashes then stays on. Bluetooth light doesn't come on. Follow instructions carefully ,tried another phone, deleted and reinstalled app,no joy. (04 mercruiser 5.0 mpi)

Map function on vessel view doesn’t work right. Won’t zoom in, locks up, sometimes pulses zooming in and out. Rest of app functions properly.
VesselView Mobile worked very well since 2020 on my 2003 Mercruiser I/O. Recently it started to report several sensor fail codes. I called Mercury Marine and they said they were aware of problems like this. I have not had any connectivity issues with my iPhone 7. All parameter reporting is still working.
I installed and connected VV. In the device green power light and the bluetooth connection is blinking. No mobile devices detect bluetooth VV. I tried turning on and off VV and phone more time, no success.
My problem is that the map display doesn’t function properly. It won’t zoom in and sometimes it pulses in and out on the screen ( closer then further out). Also when I go to the maintenance screen, it locks up and I have to shut it down and restart it.
I installed the device on my brand new 250 hp outboard 4 stroke & downloaded the app on my Android phone , it connected initially with no issues but intermittently it does not want to connect , I thought I had device located too close to hight voltage coil so I relocated it but I am still having trouble connecting sometimes, it will spin & spin & say no device located then after a few tries it will connect. Is there a fix for this
Only been using one month and the app won’t connect. It only shows speed when not connected. A mercury dealer installed the unit.
I bought a Android tablet and trying to figure out why it's not compatible with vesselview mobile. It has the 12 operating system. Doesn't give me the option to download the right app in Google play
My VesselView will not communicate with app. Both led's will not light up. Has power and ground to VesselView Module. 2019 Mercury 50HP. Any ideas?
Sign in with existing account not working. If I bypass sign in what functions of the app don't work.
I installed the VesselView module on my 60 Hp. 2021 Mercury engine. I connected to battery afterward and turned on the ignition. The green light was fashing and would turn solid green when the App. was trying to connect yet I would not connect to the engine. I manually put the engine serial number in the application.. still no luck 2 hours of trying today.... no luck..
Vessel View module quit working. It was working but has quit and will not connect to app.
My VV worked fine for few months. Then it won’t connect via Bluetooth. I have reset and reinstalled app and nothing works. Just let me know.

I installed VVM and took my boat today and turn on the VVM app worked just for a few minutes and disconnect with my phone a bunch of times . I had my wife download the app on her phone and the sane thing happens . It's installed on the Right side of the engine on top of it's front cover ( where I was told it to install it . )
