Your app didn’t work when I needed to renew and my car was towed
Since yesterday, we have had several people unable to pay on HONK. I have also been unsuccessful using HONK on my college computer trying to help those unable to pay. Please do what you can to rectify this issue. Please let me know when it is useable again. Thank you very much for your help! App won't load zones. If they do load, the pay screen won't load. If i search I get error messages. Basically can't pay for my parking now
I tried to go into ‘view receipt’ after I had paid and it went to a ‘blank’ white screen and has stayed there. Hours later the screen is still blank and I cannot get back to my ‘countdown’ screen. Help!!
