Get Pricing Info for Mercury MarineGood afternoon. I have a vessel with twin Mercury 496 motors. The motors were recently installed to a boat that only has mechanical old school gauges ... no Mercury network or anything like that in place. I added a Vesselview Mobile dongle to each motor and they both work but require a separate ipad or iphone for each engine. Rather than buy two ipad minis, is there a way to see both Vesselviews on one device? Is a "Profile" setup problem or can you only have one Vesselview per vessel? Many Thanks.
I would like more information on the faults display messages. I have a fault that displays “Thermostat” under the words it says Service engine soon….does that mean I have 1 or 2 faults? When I press details it shows , !35-legacy what does mean..where can I get a bit more clarification? Example….if it said ….3 Faults found! That would be easy to understand. Great product but I must be missing something like a manual or at least some examples of how to correctly interpret the fault information..I understand its not a scan tool but a bit more clarification would be helpfull. Thank you —mp
I sold my 2013 Boston Whaler 170 Montauk along with the installed Mercury Vessel View Mobile a few days ago. What do I have to do to allow the new owner to use the vessel view mobile? Thanks for your help!
i have old engine with 137 hours and was replaced with 2021 mercury o/i last year.... the hours show the original engines hours? how can i place new engine sn. and its new hours 21??? the vessel view only sees original hours??? thanks
Neither my tablet or iPhone will connect to the VesselView. I have a power light but no Bluetooth light…I have disconnected and reconnected electrical, deleted and reinstalled the app, what else could be wrong?

Like having engine data access but set up and design is rudimentary. Cannot rotate screen to landscape which is the way my tablet is mounted, cannot read inputs (e.g. oil temp, volts, etc) as font too small and gray, cannot design gauges, clusters, etc. Really a very basic program that needs a serious facelift. Suggest programmers look at OBD Fusion to get some ideas as to what is possible.

I have had this app on my 150 Fourstroke for about 2 years and in general appreciate the data. My biggest dislike of the app is the lack of info on how things are calculated such as fuel level. Does the app adjust the fuel level if you ran without the app on? Or only when you remember to connect? Also, can’t seem to get a performance report on my engine - says no data for the selected series. Would love to see these items addressed

I love this product but it won’t stay connected, i purchased this when I had an iPhone 7 and thought it might just be the phones Bluetooth, but I upgraded to an iPhone 11 Pro Max and have the same issues. I feel like I am losing valuable data due to the constant disconnected problem.
