With the most recent Apple iOS update, Wealthscape no longer functions. I wish Fidelity kept on top of it and updated Wealthscape accordingly, but they don’t seem to care about their reps.
I recently updated iPhones and it doesn’t let you log in with the newest one. Once you put in the security key it takes you to a blank page. For as large as Fidelity is and the amount of money they spend on tech Wealthscape blows!
Wealthscape has TERRIBLE function. I constantly have to delete, restart, and re-download Wealthscape , sometimes in between mobile depositing checks. Mobile deposit should be convenient but now it takes me forever!
At least three different occasions, Wealthscape told me to reset my password on a desktop and then the credential ID number from the VIP access, did not match. I had to spend about 30 minutes each time to get this fixed. In the end, I had to delete the wealth scape app and reinstall it for the credential ID to match. This needs to be fixed.
Really a downgrade from v1. Slightly improved checking, etc features not likely to be a big deal to advisors.
Wealthscape takes a really long time to load the login screen and then a really long time to long in.
Half the time Wealthscape gives me an error that I have submitted two images of the front of the check. And there is no way to just retake the pics. You have to exit the deposit and start over.
I didn't have either of these issues when I used the StreetScape app.
…..seems limited in its capability
Be great if multiple accounts in a HH could be combined for reporting.
It would be helpful if Wealthscape ’s functionality was closer to the full scale online service. Trade orders are not really practical on Wealthscape . But it is a handy way to check on things with my pocket computer.
I wish the deposit function still had the option of remembering the last account you used as we frequently deposit a number of checks into the same account.
I like the new sign in and I like the check deposit. I’m not able to see past transactions, however.
Missing check deposit functionality. Unbelievable that this is possible.
Been using for 2 years. Always works great. Why all the bad reviews? Did you people read the instruction guide? This is a professional tool not a simple everyday platform. No problems if you learn how to use it. Security is tight and a log in pain,however, that is a good thing in my book . Note this is for the advisor version not the consumer side (this app investor)
