Poor app

At least three different occasions, the app told me to reset my password on a desktop and then the credential ID number from the VIP access, did not match. I had to spend about 30 minutes each time to get this fixed. In the end, I had to delete the wealth scape app and reinstall it for the credential ID to match. This needs to be fixed.

This app has TERRIBLE function. I constantly have to delete, restart, and re-download the app, sometimes in between mobile depositing checks. Mobile deposit should be convenient but now it takes me forever!

I recently updated iPhones and it doesn’t let you log in with the newest one. Once you put in the security key it takes you to a blank page. For as large as Fidelity is and the amount of money they spend on tech this app blows!
