Since installing the App 10 days ago, the Progress “Puzzle” page is totally frozen; once I click on the puzzle, it is frozen and doesn’t progress - AND doesn’t allow me to go backward. I have not been able to see the progress report, and I have to turn off the Mac device (IPad) to get back to the normal EufyLife screens

When I reset the password my EufyLife life app just goes to the us store portal. Can’t see my stored weight data

My problem is that apart from weight, it only measures bmi, nothing else, please help.
