Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MyGoodNotes app issues:

Force Stop the MyGoodNotes App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MyGoodNotes app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MyGoodNotes to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyGoodNotes App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MyGoodNotes app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MyGoodNotes.
