When i TRY TO PLAY IT ALWAYS SAYS CANT ACCESS FROM LOBBY

Can not find my correct location, which is within the state of Kentucky!

my account is saying that I am not in the KY region or I have been banned or flagged. but i have used the app before without any problems and this started to happen this week and I don't know how to fix it. I am in the KY region, and I started using the app when i was 18 and it worked fine, I'm 21 now.

Error message on login

Game crashes and when I try to play again the screen says I have an unfinished game and I can’t play. This has happened before.

Not working, keeps saying error code 1009

When checking out I get a msg stating "you are not allowed to access this service from your current location". What is this about and why can't I complete the transaction.

The scanner is not working to check the tickets or enter promotions..this occured after the most recent forced update.

I have been unable to play the lottery on my phone since Saturday, June 2nd. Most games a circle just buffers, some games state that it can't verify my location, I have enabled location, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing is working! Cant even play on computer

Keeps kicking me off of a unfinished game

Unable to play any of the games. It goes to a black or white screen. I have done all the troubleshooting steps and nothing has fixed the issue.

I have tried many ways to fix my location . Extremely frustrating since the app accepted my funds not an issue. Suggestion approve the persons location before taking their money. How rude.

This is a JOKE!! So many people have SAME Problems. Ive won amd then i have issues. Kicks me off games. Cant log on to play. cant play due to location. Im in central KY. Its been 2yrs and still having same problem! FIX IT!!!!!

I cant get this app to download no matter what i try on my galaxy a12. Ive set my settings to allow unknown downloads. Ive got a spare phone i use for shopping and things to minimize my risks of hackers getting my banking information. I was able to download ky lotto app just fine. Deposit some funds played a few games here or there and even managed to win a little. For weeks now everygame i try goes through the whole process with no trouble then when i hit purchase it either says turn on location which i never turn off or that the system cant verify im within the borders of the state. Please any help to make this headache glitch stop wld sure be appreciated and any advice for gettin the app to download on the galaxy i use for my everyday phone would be a huge help as well.

I have $75 in my account. But when I try to purchase anything or play anything it says error 1606, or check location is enabled ect

Games are constantly crashing. Sometimes it's takes five or more retries to finish a game. I think it might be my phone but not sure how to fix it.

I live in kentucky it says it can't verify my location I have done everything possible to fix this and even called customer service and they said it should work it still doesn't I'm very disappointed cause you now have my money I can't even play online.

The app won’t let me play “from my current location”. When I select “find a retailer” and “use my current location”, if correctly show me in Smithfield KY. The app had no problem allowing me to deposit funds, I just can’t seem to use them. I’ve opted in for the mobile geo location.

Right after I won I bet $5 and it immediately kicked me off and now it has been several hours and still will not let me play a game.

I was told that the techs have been working on the problem, but haven't reported back on their results. Being patient is difficult, but I am sure they have experts who can fix this eventually.

I added 10$ to my ky lottery account, hoping to play some instant ticket games. Every time I try to purchase a ticket, I receive an "error" saying I am not allowed to purchase from my location. I am in Kentucky. My location is turned on and the lottery app can see my location because when I click on "find retailers", the app shows my correct location. I am just very frustrated because I have wasted money and didn't even receive a chance to win.

Can't play any games because of location issue. Location settings are correct on my computer. This is an issue on their end and needs fixed.

Unable to play instant games. I get an error message that’s been at least 3 days. Is this a problem on my end (iPhone settings) or on lottery end. I haven’t changed any settings on my phone.

As soon as I buy a game it says the service is not in your location and kicks me out.

I have been getting an error message for 5 days and have sent message to ky lottery with no fix. Got email that said would respond within 48 hours and no response. Won’t let me play any games. Please fix this.

How to fix 1606 error

My app has a unfinished game for over 8 hrs and won’t let me play anything else until this gets cleared of my acct. I’ve tried all day to get help. They said wait 24hrs to see if it fixes itself. I’ll try again tomorrow

I’m getting system error when I try to play

When I’m losing money on instant play games in the app I have encountered zero errors or issues, but as soon as I start winning the game does not load and a error message pops up saying that the game is not responding. I understand apps have technical difficulties but this is ONLY happening when I’m winning. Several people have already filed this issue with the BBB and I will as well if this continues.
