My chewy app stopped working says the URL is wrong...I uninstalled it twice turned off phone called my carrier and it still does not work..I believe there is a glitch in your system not mine cause your app is the only one that is not working...

Updated my phone. Was asked to sign into Chewy app, but I've forgotten my password. Asked for a link to update, got the error message, "oops, something went wrong." I uninstalled and reinstalled, no progress.
