Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Enroll MHC on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Enroll MHC network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Enroll MHC Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Enroll MHC not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Enroll MHC App
1. On android, goto Settings » Enroll MHC » click [Force Stop]

Update Enroll MHC to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Enroll MHC App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Enroll MHC » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Enroll MHC.

Fix Enroll MHC unable to contact server/ Enroll MHC internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Enroll MHC » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Enroll MHC » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
