Even given that the State of Maryland is the worst government of any kind I have ever had to deal with, the uselessness of this “app” surprised even me. Basically every single step in the process something got messed up (at first it didn’t work at all and had to do everything by phone and snail mail, which took up a bunch of time I didn’t have) and no one knows how to fix anything. “Customer support” consists of an impatient and rude person smugly telling you they “don’t know why” something isn’t working (like I’m lying or something) and that they can’t help you. So no coverage? Because this piece of trash app can’t do anything? This is literally the worst app I have ever seen, and I really mean that.
I have been trying to upload documents but I cannot connect to the server to choose the document. When I called to get help, they said it was my fault. Then when I try to fax the forms, it said the fax number was not valid. They make this very difficult provide information. It shouldn’t be this hard
EnrollMHC is so frustratingly bad. Been trying to enroll in coverage and when I do it just takes me back to dashboard every time! Gets stuck on a leg and won’t let me choose and option or back out. If I could give -10 I would.
EnrollMHC is extremely inconvenient when it comes to submit to important information or even verifying your identity! And I know they know their app is severely broken due to all the complaints. Yet they refuse to fix it! Inconveniencing customers in need of medical support and assistance!
EnrollMHC only allows a view only screen . The customer service agents can log into your account which you and the customer service share the same screen. EnrollMHC doesn’t allow you to finalize your application. I had a customer service agent go into my account and make changes to my account without my authorization. These people that work for Maryland health connection will do everything and anything to prevent you from having health insurance. EnrollMHC crashes and has many bugs .
I thought I had my old password , it wasn’t correct , I tried to make a new password but it keeps telling me it must be between 9-15 characters , 1 uppercase , 1 lowercase , blah blah. I did all of the the 3 times I tried to change my password and it didn’t let me change it. I’m annoyed
I wish I could give zero star, EnrollMHC is broken and there are no way to upload documents. Same as the web, I’ve been trying to use 2 different browsers through the website and still can’t find a way to upload my documents...
If your phone customer support services are going to be so terrible, the least you can do is focus your efforts on having an up to date and bug free app. I am trying to enroll and at the last page to submit it tells me that my signature doesn’t match the name on file??? And it’s been saying this for two weeks now...

completely nonfunctional and extremely frustrating to use. i need to upload a document but the website AND app are both broken. unable to upload documents.
Verification documents are requested during the application but there are no upload links to be found. In September 2021 I uploaded documents but now I can’t. Submit documents link in app is stuck on fetching data with a scrambled letters on the screen error. This is crazy. Call center rep couldn’t do anything to help but tell me mail them or fax.
EnrollMHC is worthless, broken trash. Whenever I try to upload the documents I need to confirm my identity, it crashes. I cannot use the camera to photograph my documents, and I cannot use the website to submit them either. I am thus not able to complete my application, which is what EnrollMHC is built for. This is extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Fix it.
EnrollMHC doesn’t let you do a lot of things, it freezes more than anything, EnrollMHC isn’t helpful, when you go online it keeps prompting you to go to app but don’t bother its non-functional. So EnrollMHC freezes, keeps saying password is invalid, no updates come through app, not helpful to see where you are at in the process, don’t tell you if you were approved, documents needed, better off using website. When you call for assistance be prepared to get rushed off the phone.
It’s annoying that every time I open EnrollMHC I have to update it because there’s a new update. I can’t upload any of my documents when It does this because it won’t download the new update. Which I just updated 1 month prior.
In order to truly complete my application I need to upload some documents and I have to do them on the computer, because EnrollMHC lacks that function. In EnrollMHC when I click on documents I am only given the camera option, and I really expected to photograph every page from my tax return instead of simply forward a PDF document?
It’s ok until you need to upload documents requested for verification I still have to bring it to the office smh
Everything’s ok until they give you multiple choice options to click on… they’re unclickable and you can’t properly complete a form without
It does what I need it to do., but when are they going to update it to work with the iPhone X full screen? A lot of apps have been updated & it upsets me how long the iPhone X has been out & developers haven’t updated to take advantage of the full screen... When they do I’ll re-review & update my star rating. thanks!
Finally we got an app in full Spanish, I’m tired of English! But don’t take me wrong! English is the best and the #1 in the world! And Spanish... you liked or not is the #2! So I love both. God bless America!

I like how accessible they it was! A lot better than having to be on a call on hold for a long time. I think i preferred logging in on a computer, but EnrollMHC is very helpful!
Everything is in Spanish. And it won’t change to English even if you press English. Just go to the website. Just makes no sense why it’s not in English. But being bilingual helped me out. But doesn’t excuse the fact I rather read in English.
After spending over an hour on my laptop applying, the upload for verification didn’t work. So, I downloaded EnrollMHC , signed in, and still can’t upload my information. This process is extremely frustrating!

You’d think after 8 years of anysmal, this experience would be improved. Stop hiring idiots as your developers. If I could give 0 I would. Now I’m friggin locked out of my account with no support responding or working. Thanks for this BS Obama.

Don’t bother trying to upload your documents through EnrollMHC!.. it hasn’t allowed for me to upload my ID in order to finish my application with enrollment ending soon EnrollMHC error has really pushed things back for me. And the website isn’t great either.

I CAN NOT upload my documents I’ve tried on several occasions to get it to work even outside of EnrollMHC !! Please FIX IT !!
