i was reinstated for my snap benefits, i completed my intake and provided my snap now the DTA connect app has not been working for months, even with my reinstatement and my EBT card nuber and AGency ID it give an error all the time

Hi, I can't open my DTA app, when I enter my login and password I will received a message: we are experiencing technical difficulties. And so it has been for five days. Help please.
