Card connect app had error msg to try again later when tried to log in. Now the screen is frozen .All I see is the card connect logo.Never had this problem before that lasted this long

my account is locked. when i try to do the question challenges all of my answers are wrong(i know they are right).

The past couple of days the app has been giving me the same issue whenever I try and attempt to login in with “ error message “. I’ve attempted to redownload and even restart my phone yet no luck with it at all
