From the main menu, the user can access the electronic textbook with up-to-date facts on numerous dermatological diseases. A list of the most important dermatological drugs including medical indications is available for quick reference (only available in Switzerland). A search function can be used to access information on individual diseases. In addition, DermaCompass can be personalized, e. g. , highlighting text and adding personal notes and sharing these with colleagues. this app is a diagnostic tool and electronic textbook.
