How to fix Garmin Jr. app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Garmin Jr. app on iPhone
Update Garmin Jr. app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Garmin Jr. iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Garmin Jr. on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Garmin Jr. network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Garmin Jr. Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Garmin Jr. not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Garmin Jr. App
1. On android, goto Settings » Garmin Jr. » click [Force Stop]

Update Garmin Jr. to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Garmin Jr. App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Garmin Jr. » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Garmin Jr..

Fix Garmin Jr. unable to contact server/ Garmin Jr. internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Garmin Jr. » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Garmin Jr. » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Garmin Jr.
