Having trouble connecting my itouch sport3 watch to my smartphone. It was connected, but for some reason it disconnected and now will not reconnect. I had a ton of trouble connecting the first time also. I have gone through all of your steps of clearing bluetooth cache, forget device, uninstalling, reinstalling app, powering of phone and watch, resetting watch, and nothing works. Why is this so difficult? I am not new to pairing devices, this should be a very simple process.
I Touch Air 3 often does not count the steps, compared against other smart watch.
Both my mom and son have an itouch and both cannot change the face on their watch. When we go into the app and click on watch faces it says none are available. Both my mom and son were able to change the watch face before the app was updated. How do we get the watch faces back. Second thing both my mom and son had to go under Bluetooth and forget device to get their watches to pair with their phones after app update. When I was helping my mom with this is set hers up and didn’t adjust height and weight. Now she can’t edit the weight option because the screen is frozen and won’t let her scroll down. How do we resolve this issue as well?
When itouch updated all I get on screen when I go to app is itouch with all the exercising pictures. Does not go to screen that shows how many steps I take in the day
Fully powered. During download, screen went blank and is constantly pulsating. I can’t get it to stop pulsating and blank screen is of no help.
New app does not show anything but the days stats, can not see yesterday or a week ago. Liked old app better
The new updated app that was launched in May is constantly disconnecting and can not get any notifications from it. I have been in contact with them over email for several weeks but still nothing has been resolved.
The old app worked fine. Installed the new app and have had to uninstall and reinstall many many times just to get a connection that set the date and time and then fails to reconnect. I have tried clearing the blue tooth, clearing the cache, uninstall, re-install, reset the watch several times. Can you put the old app back out on the app store so I can use my watch? This is an android system. Send me a link where I can re-install the old application.

Got new sport watch old sport worked fine. New watch will hook to blue tooth but not to app. New app will not hook up. Any suggestions

I need account information to reset password and I don't want to have to pay to use this product. If unable to get, I will be purchasing another brand of watch.

Itouchwearables app won’t power off, won’t reset, back arrows don’t work, vibrates randomly, switched to Chinese. If only the reset button worked! I’m on the most recent app. Worked fine for 1 year 4 months. Support is not helpful.
