Common dislikes about mHelpDesk app

- Compatibility issues with iOS 14, including the need to constantly close and reopen the app to view work orders.

- Limited device support, as the app can only be used on iPad and does not support landscape view.

- Random restarts and difficulty editing long paragraphs in the customer notes section.

- Customer cannot see notes added by contractors, making communication more difficult.

- Lack of auto-rotate feature for iPad pros using keyboards, despite requests from users.
