I have a problem with mHelpDesk

User reports:
No current problems

- Compatibility issues with iOS 14, including the need to constantly close and reopen the app to view work orders.

- Limited device support, as the app can only be used on iPad and does not support landscape view.

- Random restarts and difficulty editing long paragraphs in the customer notes section.

- Customer cannot see notes added by contractors, making communication more difficult.

- Lack of auto-rotate feature for iPad pros using keyboards, despite requests from users.

To resolve mHelpDesk network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the mHelpDesk App
1. On android, goto Settings » mHelpDesk » click [Force Stop]

Clear mHelpDesk App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » mHelpDesk » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart mHelpDesk.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click mHelpDesk » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto mHelpDesk » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch mHelpDesk
