Crowdcast app not working just spinning. I have closed and reopened app. I have updated my iPhone 14. I don't want to delete the crowd cast app as it will delete the data. Can you help me please.

The app keeps buffering, spinning and never connects or opens. It used to work fine

I'm using the chrome browser on my android mobile device. It buffers so much during the live I've joined. Sucks.

Live events keep freezing even though chat still works, same freezing problem trying to watch replays of older events that used to replay perfectly. Emailed Crowdcast support with lots of details and questions; got a bland pathetic reply directing me to unhelpful FAQ sections on their website. Basically Crowdcast is now unusable via the iOS app and Crowdcast can’t or won’t explain to me how to use their product using Google chrome. Very disappointed.

So the Crowdcast starts to run and people are watching then it just suddenly ends and people are still on the chat thinking they can see and hear but it is just the recording of course they clue in when it ends. So basically it starts and ends right away and you can not reconnect and continue the crowd cast you can still talk on the chat and send info but video can not reconnect.
Common dislikes about Crowdcast app
- Audio/video glitches during the broadcast
- Browser window was too small on iPad
- App keeps buffering, freezing, losing sound, then losing video
- No improvements made despite hundreds of people complaining in the comments section
