- Recordings displays history options only offer a view range of “Today” “Last 24hrs” “Last 7days” etc.
- App only updates once every 15 sec
- Lacking a lot of detail and beautification
- Drops signal
- Support is impossible to reach
- Fan went out after 6 months
App appears to be working and indicates that it's updating but the data is not current.

When opening My Acurite App a get error: “URL Session task failed with error. The request failed”. Under “Manage Devices”, my ACCESS and connected Acurite Atlas are both visible. Blue light is on on the Access. Weather Underground is receiving continual updates. Indoor unit is continuously showing outside conditions. What’s the problem? Why can’t I see my data on the My Acurite App screen on my iPhone?
App frequently stops recording and displaying new data. Will not show updated data nor display any charted past or current data. This occurs multiple times per day. To the point I can rarely utilize app for current data on app. The display monitor is always operational and displaying current data as long as power is on. Please help me fix my app so weather can be monitored remotely. Which is the most important aspect of this device.
