Your app shows several marine weather stations down, but they are working on marine weather Canada. I want to use this app in a significant way cruising this summer and if this issue can’t be resolved I will cancel my pro subscription.

A friend gave me the WIndAlert link. I'm on Windows 10. I never used or signed up for Windalert. I want to use the FREE version. The Windalert console loads , I type the location but none of the tabs opens. It keeps saying " loading" for ever. My internet connection works fine for all the other sites. What is wrong? Thanks Franco

How to fix WindAlert app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WindAlert app on iPhone
Update WindAlert app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WindAlert iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WindAlert on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WindAlert network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

WindAlert Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WindAlert not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the WindAlert App
1. On android, goto Settings » WindAlert » click [Force Stop]

Update WindAlert to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WindAlert App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WindAlert » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WindAlert.

Fix WindAlert unable to contact server/ WindAlert internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WindAlert » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WindAlert » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WindAlert
