No connection to internet
I cannot even complete the app installation. It says “no connection to internet”. I’ve tried both with/without VPN option. But getting the same message. Please fix it. There many comments that the same issue happened last year. Therefore in 2022 the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

Extremely disappointed with support
I installed the app but I couldn’t use it. My account is blocked and I’m stuck on the document verification. I’ve been trying to reach out to the support team through email for a week but no luck so far. The app was recommended to me by a friend but now I’m concerned if I can rely on it at all.

It says I don’t have internet connection 🙄
Well I cannot register as it says I don’t have internet and I am connected to the mobile and wifi. All my other apps are working great
