Timed out for using wrong password. Received message, Error in retreating information from this server. Tried to reset password but will not allow.

1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the My Health at Vanderbilt App
1. On android, goto Settings » My Health at Vanderbilt » click [Force Stop]

Clear My Health at Vanderbilt App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » My Health at Vanderbilt » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart My Health at Vanderbilt.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click My Health at Vanderbilt » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto My Health at Vanderbilt » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch My Health at Vanderbilt
