After installing the app, it keeps failing with a message "failed to load Terms & Conditions " and I can't accept and move to log in. I uninstalled and installed the app several times. I even tried installing it in my tablet, the same error message keeps poping up.

This website is so frustrating. Never able to get on and when I do it always sais its experiencing trouble. You need some serious help. I just paid off our loan and can not even print a statement for my accountant.

Close and restart the Sallie Mae app on iPhone
Update Sallie Mae app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sallie Mae iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sallie Mae on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sallie Mae network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Sallie Mae App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sallie Mae » click [Force Stop]

Update Sallie Mae to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sallie Mae App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sallie Mae » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sallie Mae.

Fix Sallie Mae unable to contact server/ Sallie Mae internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sallie Mae » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sallie Mae » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sallie Mae
