How to fix IMT app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the IMT app on iPhone
Update IMT app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall IMT iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix IMT on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve IMT network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix IMT not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent IMT app issues:

Force Stop the IMT App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click IMT app. » click "Force Stop".

Update IMT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear IMT App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "IMT app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch IMT.

Fix IMT unable to contact server/ IMT internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click IMT » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got IMT » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch IMT on android.
