- The app is not intuitive and difficult to navigate.

- Acronyms used in the app are not defined anywhere, and the menu categories are illogical.

- None of the USAS Deck Pass features are functional.

- There is no way to sort meets based on a swimmer's eligibility.

- The stopwatch feature does not save race times, making it difficult to publish race results to social media.

To resolve OnDeck network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the OnDeck App
1. On android, goto Settings » OnDeck » click [Force Stop]

Clear OnDeck App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » OnDeck » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart OnDeck.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click OnDeck » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto OnDeck » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch OnDeck
