How to fix OnDeck app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the OnDeck app on iPhone
Update OnDeck app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall OnDeck iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix OnDeck on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve OnDeck network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

OnDeck Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix OnDeck not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the OnDeck App
1. On android, goto Settings » OnDeck » click [Force Stop]

Update OnDeck to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear OnDeck App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » OnDeck » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart OnDeck.

Fix OnDeck unable to contact server/ OnDeck internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click OnDeck » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto OnDeck » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
