My husband's Tudn app goes for like 2 second and stops so I was going to download it on my phone for hi. And it will not download HELP

No puedo ver los videos de TUDN desde hace algunos dias

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent TUDN app issues:

Force Stop the TUDN App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click TUDN app. » click "Force Stop".

Update TUDN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TUDN App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "TUDN app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch TUDN.

Fix TUDN unable to contact server/ TUDN internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click TUDN » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got TUDN » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
