How to fix TUDN app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TUDN app on iPhone
Update TUDN app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TUDN iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TUDN on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TUDN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TUDN Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TUDN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TUDN App
1. On android, goto Settings » TUDN » click [Force Stop]

Update TUDN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TUDN App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TUDN » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TUDN.

Fix TUDN unable to contact server/ TUDN internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TUDN » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TUDN » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TUDN
