My stTia page on appstride.com has taken a really long time to load over the past week or two. At this point it wont load at all. I can neither A) Stake more Tia B) See how much Stride I have earned or my own TVL. I can connect Kepler to every other chain in Cosmos quickly and easily. I understand Stride is ballooning and that's greatm, I have always liked Stride and this opportunity is one I jumped on, I did transfer a small amount of stTia from other wallet, I started tia there but I need to keep StTia together and Stride apart.. My wallet has not connected in hours now. I planned to add more but I don't see the small xfer I just added to put it all together. I can see in my Kepler list a stTia total but no dollar value and no stTia is part of my totals. You are all stressed as busy as this is. Is there a work around or something? I have another computer Ill try it there.

How to fix Stride app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Stride app on iPhone
Update Stride app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Stride iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Stride on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Stride network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Stride Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Stride not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Stride App
1. On android, goto Settings » Stride » click [Force Stop]

Update Stride to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Stride App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Stride » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Stride.

Fix Stride unable to contact server/ Stride internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Stride » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Stride » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Stride
