How to fix BassForce app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BassForce app on iPhone
Update BassForce app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BassForce iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BassForce on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BassForce network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BassForce Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BassForce not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BassForce App
1. On android, goto Settings » BassForce » click [Force Stop]

Update BassForce to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BassForce App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BassForce » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BassForce.

Fix BassForce unable to contact server/ BassForce internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BassForce » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BassForce » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BassForce
