All of a sudden the windows app keeps crashing every 20-30 seconds. Once I get into a folder and start making a song it exits and I have to reopen. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Haven’t had this problem before until now. It’s always had crashing problems but not like this

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Splice app issues:

Force Stop the Splice App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Splice app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Splice to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Splice App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Splice app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Splice.

Fix Splice unable to contact server/ Splice internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Splice » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Splice » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Splice on android.
