All of a sudden the windows app keeps crashing every 20-30 seconds. Once I get into a folder and start making a song it exits and I have to reopen. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Haven’t had this problem before until now. It’s always had crashing problems but not like this

How to fix Splice app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Splice app on iPhone
Update Splice app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Splice iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Splice on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Splice network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Splice Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Splice not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Splice App
1. On android, goto Settings » Splice » click [Force Stop]

Update Splice to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Splice App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Splice » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Splice.

Fix Splice unable to contact server/ Splice internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Splice » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Splice » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Splice
