Using windows laptop, I get the message "Unable to join the conference. An error occurred while joining the conference. Please try again or contact administrator." No indication of the problem. Error handling on this app is inadequate, at least give me an error code. Then I couldn't get it to work on my phone, because it wanted 435 MB free space. I deleted some apps to make room for it, and it turns out it needed only 43.5 MB of space! WHAT!!! After I deleted all of those apps! Please fix this. I almost missed out on my doctor's telehealth appointment.

How to fix VidyoConnect app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VidyoConnect app on iPhone
Update VidyoConnect app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VidyoConnect iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VidyoConnect on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VidyoConnect network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

VidyoConnect Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix VidyoConnect not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the VidyoConnect App
1. On android, goto Settings » VidyoConnect » click [Force Stop]

Update VidyoConnect to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VidyoConnect App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » VidyoConnect » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart VidyoConnect.

Fix VidyoConnect unable to contact server/ VidyoConnect internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click VidyoConnect » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto VidyoConnect » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VidyoConnect
