Loom continues to just flat out crash while I am recording content... No prompt, no lag no anything just while I am recording the entire app shuts down and that's it It just started doing this this week.. I've never had this problem with loom before but its a crucial tool for my students so I'd like to know what the issues are so I can adjust or find another provider.
My desktop app disappears when I hit start recording. I have a vertical box on the left with the record, back, pause buttons. It looks like it is recording but I'm not getting anything and there is no way to get back to the app menu without control-alt-delete and closing it through task manager. It comes up fine when I first open it, but then looses it's brain when I try to record. 3 recordings this morning and so far none have been successful. Very frustrating. I have just started using it to see if we wanted to upgrade. This isn't a very good first impression. And apparently reading the previous comments their tech support is less than helpful.
All day I’ve been trying to record a 6-7 minute video using the app. Every time I click stop at the end, the app goes gray and freezes and the recoding is lost. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app. I’ve tried different browsers. Nothing helps. It looks like it’s recording fine while I’m in the middle but when I finish, it freezes.
My coach communicates with me by loom. Every time I try to open his link or even sign into my own account it just acts like it's going to open and then flashes and disappears. This happens on my iphone and my Macbook.
