Very buggy
VidyoConnect cannot handle multiple users in a call. I usually have morning meetings with 10+ members connected at the same time and VidyoConnect just can’t handle it.

Missed doctor video appointment
I could not get VidyoConnect to work at all on my iPad Air (4th generation). I tried repeatedly to access the video link for my doctor’s appointment but I kept getting an error message. So frustrating and needlessly stressful. I was lucky that my doctor was able to later fit me in for a phone visit instead of having to reschedule for another day.

Cannot use it on iPad Pro
I could not get it to work on iPad Pro (under iPadOS 12). Just see a small square with photo of myself, cryptic control icons below, no online help, and may prompt for userid/password even when intended to be guest.
I'm deleting this frustrating dysfunctional app. It deserves ZERO stars. Wish organizations & businesses would all use Zoom or Google Meeting which work.

3x failed to login to 3 different doctors
My mom is 87 years old. We’ve been denied access three times from three different virtual sessions. The problem is always logging in prior to scheduled session.
The instructions say you can connect up to 15 mins before scheduled appointment but using both an iPhone and an iPad we got error messages.
The only time it works is if doctors side gets there first and opens the room.
If the software requires doctors to open the room then the hospital system and the provider of this technology need to change its user instructions

Missed Appointment
This stupid app would not allow me to join a video appointment with my gastroenterologist this morning. It completely locked my out! The link to join the video feed was a dead link! I called tech support for Sutter Gould Medical Center and they were so clueless they ended the call abruptly. I am in pain and had to reschedule my appointment.

Microphone can’t be enabled on iOS so pretty much useless to anyone but mimes
I’ve talked to Apple and IT support for the business that is using your app for video appointments and they can’t help me get audio to work through your app. Your app support site is useless. Thanks a million for the ongoing frustration.

I'm trying for hours to connect for paid appointment with my doctor and I am not able to connect period. I have tried for 1 hour and it's not working.... it continues to say I have pop up blockers and I don't ... this is the 1st video site not working on my IPHONE X.

Doesn’t work.
I followed all the instructions and trouble shooting. Every time I open the appointment from MyChart it opens a browser with 404 error. Tried the steps to log on from VidyoConnect and it tells me I don’t exist. Same log in on the webpage and it freezes. There’s no winning.

Rapid Battery Drain
I had to download VidyoConnect for an interview. My iPhone X was charged to 99% when the call started and 2.5 hours later the entire battery was drained. When I check battery usage in settings it says the this app app used 93% of the last charge.

Will not work
Tried to use the portal for a video conference with a doctor and ended up having VidyoConnect crash multiple times despite repeated reinstallion. Companies should avoid using this software to interface with customers.

Utter garbage! VidyoConnect kept dropping the video and voice. Very poorly integrated. If this was supposed to be an improvement over an older version I would say it was an equal failure...
