Missed doctor video appointment

I could not get this app to work at all on my iPad Air (4th generation). I tried repeatedly to access the video link for my doctor’s appointment but I kept getting an error message. So frustrating and needlessly stressful. I was lucky that my doctor was able to later fit me in for a phone visit instead of having to reschedule for another day.
Cannot use it on iPad Pro

I could not get it to work on iPad Pro (under iPadOS 12). Just see a small square with photo of myself, cryptic control icons below, no online help, and may prompt for userid/password even when intended to be guest.
I'm deleting this frustrating dysfunctional app. It deserves ZERO stars. Wish organizations & businesses would all use Zoom or Google Meeting which work.
3x failed to login to 3 different doctors

My mom is 87 years old. We’ve been denied access three times from three different virtual sessions. The problem is always logging in prior to scheduled session.
The instructions say you can connect up to 15 mins before scheduled appointment but using both an iPhone and an iPad we got error messages.
The only time it works is if doctors side gets there first and opens the room.
If the software requires doctors to open the room then the hospital system and the provider of this technology need to change its user instructions
