The app is not letting me proceed to put in my address to book an appointment. I tried several times yesterday (5/21/22) to no avail. I also called the service line to help me, to no avail. It would not let me proceed. I also tried to do book an appointment today (5/22/22), and it still will not let me go forward. I'm due to fly out on June 1st. What is the issue?
