When I get on animal jam, it closes me out after only being in for like 5 minutes, sometimes less. unless I'm playing a minigame, then it won't do anything and it'll let me play. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but it hasn't helped. And this device that I'm using is new so it doesn't have any space to be cleared or anything. i don't know what to do anymore
