iPad app crashes upon start. New iPad Air, OS 17.6.1.
Top Stories is not loading. Just a blank page.
Today’s Stories won’t refresh, I just see a blank screen. This has been going on for days.
If I am in the middle of an article and then stop reading for a few hours to do something else, when I come back to the New Yorker app, the current article will come up but almost immediately it will go to a blank screen. The only way to get the article to display is to go to a different article, then come back. However, this puts me at the top of the article so I have lost my place.
Can't access some issues in magazine section on android. For instance if I go to 2012 page I can access issues from December and scroll down to August, but there the page freezes, and I can't scroll down from August to January issues. Ipad version is OK, this just seems to happen on android
When searching archived issues. They stop at August each year can't see earlier issues onley on android ipad ok
My New Yorker app works on my newer iPad Pro, but has stopped working on my older IPad Air. On the Air, it doesn’t automatically download new stories like it did in the past. It only downloads stories through the search bar. Can you help me fix this? Thanks, Toby Tenenbaum Acct # 542286315
