For scalpers, this is not the best app to use. I like to move my Stop around the graph according to market movement, and CQG won’t allow you to do that. When you place an order, it takes you to a different tab where you have to put down number of ticks for target and for loss then confirm, by then the market already moved. If they were to fix these issues, I would give 5 stars, but for now is more than enough.

For a mobile trading app this may be the worst one there. They use a tiny font that is difficult to see what price it is and has traded at making it almost unusable. It’s supposed to be a mobile app that you can readily see on your iPhone. Customer service is weak and despite the obvious and glaring flaw they are oblivious to fixing it. Very disappointing and one star is a fair rating.

You are unable to have the chart and dome on the same page which makes CQG worthless for futures traders.

They charge $.25 cents per contract each way and yet CQG isn’t any good for futures traders.

Did I mention that CQG is worthless for futures traders? I’m very unhappy with CQG.

Hi but I am very sorry to say that CQG has been very bad , I have been sending emails to them and they don’t respond except for once but the issue has not been fixed

If you like high school written software, maybe it’s for you, but this is 20 years behind. Do not use it.

I couldn’t find any way to see the options chain. Checked the FAQs on their website.... none

Definitely not compatible w/ iPad Pro. Not useable. Please remove the mis information of compatibility w/ iPad. No problem w/ iPhone.

Great app for a very experienced trader! Needs some internal work in my opinion. Putting CQG in horizontal mode, you can’t lay the phone flat. It has to be “perfectly” up right to use horizontal mode. Buy and sell limit orders should have a setting to customize the order colors. Other than that, this is a great app. I use this more that TradingView.( Yes, I see the same charts as tradingview)

Good app. Simple. Can you ‘add’ a feature to “Hide/unhide” in the settings for the OTE+P/L $ value? Few other platforms give that option that is really helpful. Thank you so much

Only thing I’m not liking and it may be possible, I just haven’t found it if it is, but it’d be nice if when I hit the bid/ask that it would instantly place the order without the confirmation window popping up. Being a scalper I like to be in and out as fast as possible. Is there a way to get past that? Thanks!

Also can you give an option to auto attach a stop loss and be able to drag and drop on the chart?

I called this a game changer when first introduced. Makes the 3 am check so much easier. Thank you for considering further development, love that you’re always asking us how to improve the infrastructure.
