Pin keeps on being rejected even when I just made the account and remade the pin. Buggy.
Everytime I want to login, after sms verification and create my pin. I’m logout said session expired

When I told them that the credit card was not working, they only responded that I put the wrong expiry date. It was clear on Jenius , idk what’s wrong.
I was switching to my new device and try to login but forgot my password. So all I need to do is reset my password. Then I got the pin sent to my text message on my mobile phone. I put the pin and nothing happen. Please fix this.
While BTPN this app implement monthly fees in 2021, that does not mean that its IOS app is good. The chat function is unreliable and I miss important notifications that are great in other e-wallet apps like DANA or LinkAja. I linked my e-card to MyBluebird app but did not get any notifications (email or sms) that my card can be used. I emailed this app help and chatted within Jenius . I only got a general reply (not a personalized one) of the requirements needed to use the card for e-commerce (like minimum balance, 2 days delay since opening this app account, or not to make mistakes in typing the number). I am sad for this.

Jenius itself is very useful and I'm regular user. However iOS14 uncovered that everytime I open Jenius, it reads content from my clipboard (content that I copy & paste in other apps). And very concerning in terms of privacy
The concept and everything about the financial and saving is a total great and yes for me. I am able to save more money without the concern of getting cut by other fee.
The thing that i mainly concern about is Jenius itself, it is VERY VERY VERY SLOW, i had to wait like a minute or half to actually move around the section inside Jenius , it loads really slow and always loads every time in every section, i understand that it is how it should work but considering i am a person that needs everything fast and always in a hurry, this is such a bad way to do transaction fast.
Also the fingerprint and the pin login part also need improvement, sometimes my fingerprints cannot be recognize by Jenius while my prints are readable by my iPhone 7 and other app that requires fingerprints. Logging in to Jenius also slow and takes half a minute or more to actually process the whole thing when i am in actuality using a very high speed connection everywhere i go.
Never have I used banking app this slow. The loading before and after unlocking Jenius is already too much. Then you are greeted by the loading for dashboard widgets.
Oh wait, you want to open a menu? More loading.
All other banking app I have is way faster than this.
Some of use only use Jenius once a month to check balances and don’t really care about the extra bloating features. Stop requiring us with the mandatory update after update after update. Each update also bring more pop up advertisements. So annoying keep it simple - simple is better!
I made an account to open a high yield savings, but when I downloaded Jenius it required that I check off the box stating that I am not from America. I was allowed to make an account using an American address on the website, so why would I not be allowed to use Jenius ?? Is this not the same this app bank that offers high yield savings or are you guys just not usable in America?

Great app but often has problem with login especially with touch ID and some issue here and there where Jenius fail to work.

I appreciate BTPN this app to breakthrough Online Banking via App like this, Long Short Story I hope the next update fix the GLITCH / BUG for Face ID on iOS Devices because currently my device doesn’t support Touch ID anymore so besides the conventional type in passcode a WORKING FACE ID would definitely add to UX, please take into consideration ASAP thanks Devs

I actually enjoyed Jenius and the innovation that changed conventional bank into modern bank is absolutely amazing. Just keep improve and always optimize Jenius because sometimes i can’t enter with my fingerprints, but it’s not a major problem.
The current version removed the credit card from the Cards section. Is this deliberate? Pls bring it back since it was very easy to monitor the credit card from Jenius . Otherwise, the improvements have been great. Keep it up
With Jenius everything you want to do or everything you need, with Jenius you can do it.
