Summary of Boost Problems 🔥

- Order number on the receipt screen was way too small and located all the way at the bottom of my phone screen

- Order never got printed out or never went through to the food service

- Needed 15 min to make an order

- Random $1 charges on my card

- Charged double for each transaction

On attempting to go to checkout, app will display the loading popup and "load" for indefinitely, I have waited several minutes to no avail. Reloading and even reinstalling the app does not correct this issue.

How to fix Boost app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Boost app on iPhone
Update Boost app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Boost iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Boost on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Boost network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Boost Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Boost not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Boost App
1. On android, goto Settings » Boost » click [Force Stop]

Update Boost to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Boost App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Boost » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Boost.

Fix Boost unable to contact server/ Boost internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Boost » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Boost » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Boost
