I've loaded the Transact Mobile App for the first time, as an incoming freshman to Kennesaw State U., I downloaded app--I entered my credentials accurately, and the next page says "For security reasons we require additional information to verify your account --and my correct login is used; however, the DUO MOBILE app authentication image does not appear. It is a blank screen. Please help. Thank you,
