I've loaded the Transact Mobile App for the first time, as an incoming freshman to Kennesaw State U., I downloaded app--I entered my credentials accurately, and the next page says "For security reasons we require additional information to verify your account --and my correct login is used; however, the DUO MOBILE app authentication image does not appear. It is a blank screen. Please help. Thank you,

How to fix Transact app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Transact app on iPhone
Update Transact app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Transact iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Transact on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Transact network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Transact Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Transact not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Transact App
1. On android, goto Settings » Transact » click [Force Stop]

Update Transact to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Transact App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Transact » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Transact.

Fix Transact unable to contact server/ Transact internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Transact » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Transact » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Transact
