SO much better than the website!!
I absolutely HATE the website. It is always so slow. It doesn’t matter if I’m on wifi, have full bars of 5g, one my computer, or on my phone. It is always painfully slow and extremely inconvenient. I was actually able to look up the information I needed in 2-3 minutes on the app… something that would have taken probably at least 15 minutes on the website. I am very happy with the app and had no issues logging on or navigating.

App works as it should
There must’ve been improvements over the past year or so. I’ve used it now for over a year and it’s very convenient and reliable. Also, if you’re anything like me you never know which of the 10 cards you’re carrying around is the most recent....the app always has the most recent card.

I really am giving 0 stars, but why can’t I use this app with the info I have? I’m a Walmart associate, and the bcbs insurance they give me is from Arkansas, Walmart’s hometown. I wish this app would let us associates use it. That make life a lot easier!
