Update is a great improvement
Now opens up on messaging which allows you to contact your doctor quickly and easily. . Looking up x-rays and labs relatively simple. Information on the app appears to correctly reflect the medical record. Was easy to print up copies of x-ray reports, but does not give you the option to print up lab tests. Had to take a screenshot and then print labs up to keep a copy .

All my information from the old site was supposed to transfer but it did not I think this could be better. Was quite a experience trying to set this up. Ended up calling for help finally got in. The lady never told me there was an app I just tried it and found this. Yeah not easy to set up, Dr. office gave me a wrong PIN number and wrong up address it figures. It would be helpful if the correct information was given to patients at the front desk.

App is basically a link to website
This just goes to the website where the same functionality is then buggy due to the mobile interface. It doesn’t seem like there was much in the way of QA done. Some times the menu button works, sometimes not. When trying to select a date range, the page blanks and then you have to scroll to get to the calendar. I couldn’t figure out how to navigate from start date selection to end date selection. You’re better off using the website directly.
