The Health Portal app allows parents to connect to their school childrens’ school-held health records and receive messages direct from their school nursing team. This app is only available for school’s that are a Frontline Education customer and have opted into this mobile service. If you are not sure of this, please check with your school. To self-register within the app you will need to have already been set up as a contact on your child's school health record. You'll need to sign up using the exact email address used, and you'll need to know your child's date of birth and student ID number. Contact your school if you are uncertain of these details. Please forward any queries or concerns direct to your school only. App is not quite complete
I wonder if they’ve finished programming this. I’m supposed to use this every day and the app logs out every time I close it. I have multiple children using these new health apps and for this not to work while rushing around for school is not fun. Also it says I’ve never changed my password and this app has required me to change my password three times in the few days I’ve had it. Something is definitely not finished in their programming dept.

Horrible app
This is a horrible app! It kicks you out every time you try and log in and then makes you re-verify your email. What a waste of time.

Do better
The app requires changing the password or reregistering every time it is used. This app is a waste of time. School administrators should find another app to use.
