Mobile Is not available for my account. See that many other users were having the same complaint over a year ago with a false promise of adding more members groups soon. Not sure why you would develop an app that isn’t accessible to all of the members that you supply insurance to.

The site doesn’t work at all on mobile, downloaded BlueprintPortal and it does nothing but get stuck loading when I open it. No matter how long I wait. I’m trying to access this because I filed for this insurance being told it was my best option but I’m told it won’t even cover what my free insurance used to. I hope the insurance itself as a whole isn’t absolutely awful. If you’re under 40 probably don’t use BlueprintPortal or this insurance provider.

Since BlueprintPortal was updated nothing works. First I couldn’t even open my medical or dental accounts now I can’t view any of my invoices. When I try it says “Error we can’t seem to find the page your looking for.” This is a huge inconvenience for me. I need these invoices every month before the bill is due yet it seems impossible to be able to access them.

After registering with BlueprintPortal. I have not been able to login. Trying for a week, frustrated. So I gave up & went to the website with no problem. BlueprintPortal needs some serious attention. I just deleted it until some much needed work on it. And just use the website to check on my benefits.

BlueprintPortal does nothing that it should other than allow me to pay my bill. If I need to search for a doctor using an app, I should be able to search by the TYPE of doctor I need. BlueprintPortal requires you to type in the doctor's name. I want an app to pinpoint my location and show me in-network doctors within a certain radius of my location. BlueprintPortal does not do that. Very little about BlueprintPortal actually works as it should.

Just created my account with my new cards and then downloaded BlueprintPortal . I tried logging in twice with the exact information I had just created and never got in. Ended up deleting BlueprintPortal and will just log in from my web browser from now on. I would expect a much better app from such a large company

Downloaded BlueprintPortal . Says user name letters and numbers only. Check
8-12 characters. Check
Password at least 1 each uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character. Check
8-12 characters. Check. Wait.....Never get green checkmark for this. I can count, BlueprintPortal can’t. Tried 8, then 9, then 10, then 11.... no green checkmark. After 30 minutes. Deleting BlueprintPortal . Don’t waste your time downloading. Big waste of time.

I am blind and find your actual website not very accessible for the visually impaired. When I first heard about BlueprintPortal I got kind of excited thinking it would be blind user friendly… NOT! First of all, BlueprintPortal doesn’t even work! Why even have BlueprintPortal when it barely works for any of your policy holders!? Look at your reviews… Over 70% of the users say it’s crap. Either make your mobile website blind accessible, re-design BlueprintPortal, or get rid of it all together!

Tried a few times to login through BlueprintPortal , and not use the website, apparently it won't allow my account to login must go through the website externally. What's the point having an app that no one cannot access but only on the website? Other medical apps are up to the latest tech with all kinds of features, less buggy, not outdated over a year, and offers no kind of support anywhere and to fix. App definitely needs a redo and a better improvement. Guess we'll stick to your website that also has similar outdated issues too. Come on, really should fix and improve these things, because apparently these devs aren't doing what they're supposed to do...

This is ridiculous! All the reviews say that they can’t log in either because we don’t have access to BlueprintPortal ! Why not! They respond saying some accounts don’t have mobile access, like just say all accounts because that’s what it looks like. Why have an app, but most can’t use. When I had Aetna it was so much smoother and I can use BlueprintPortal . Hate that my employer changed insurance to this one because I can’t access it that easily!

This info is already on the card I keep in my wallet. So this is redundant information! I’d like to know when you will be sending out eobs they email? I had Humana in 2006 & they sent out eobs vie email back then. Why does Blue Cross waist so much of my money sending paperwork thru the mail? This organization is very poorly run. Maybe if you do some cost cutting we could enjoy lower premiums! Or at least better healthcare services!😢

Let me register through BlueprintPortal . Tried to log in after registration on BlueprintPortal without closing it out. Stated “MY BLUEPRINT MOBILE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS ACCOUNT. PLEASE ACCESS ACCOUNT ON PERSONAL COMPUTER”. That is ridiculous considering the whole point of BlueprintPortal is to be free of computers and have all my personal information in one convenient place while on the go. Looked at other Blue Cross Blue Shield apps while trying to find this one and they appear to be much nicer and keeping up with the times using Faceid and Touchid through Apple. They also appear to have a simple and more interactive user face. Not worth downloading until a massive overhaul is completed and will be deleting from my system.

I was thinking there was no way this could be as bad as the reviews, but then I tried to log in and discovered that I can’t log in. What is the point if it’s not compatible with most accounts?

Edit: also I love how they say they’re adding other member groups to BlueprintPortal as of....one year ago. Good luck ever being able to use BlueprintPortal.

App needs to modernize and allow for a digital download into the Wallet App. If something were to happen to me and I didn’t have my physical wallet, plenty of people familiar with iPhone and that’d be the first place they’d try to go to, to try and find where my health info is.

BlueprintPortal looked great when I first downloaded it and set up my account. The problem is it only worked one time. Now when I try to sign in, it just hangs up during sign in and times out. Please correct this problem, and it will become a five star app!

BlueprintPortal is decently responsive, though creating an account with BlueprintPortal was a pain: no auto fill and email addresses and the like used a standard text keyboard.
Please add Apple Wallet pass support for the ID card: this is the main reason I wanted BlueprintPortal--BCBSTX's app has this support.

I absolutely HATE the website. It is always so slow. It doesn’t matter if I’m on wifi, have full bars of 5g, one my computer, or on my phone. It is always painfully slow and extremely inconvenient. I was actually able to look up the information I needed in 2-3 minutes on BlueprintPortal … something that would have taken probably at least 15 minutes on the website. I am very happy with BlueprintPortal and had no issues logging on or navigating.

I really am giving 0 stars, but why can’t I use BlueprintPortal with the info I have? I’m a Walmart associate, and the bcbs insurance they give me is from Arkansas, Walmart’s hometown. I wish BlueprintPortal would let us associates use it. That make life a lot easier!

There must’ve been improvements over the past year or so. I’ve used it now for over a year and it’s very convenient and reliable. Also, if you’re anything like me you never know which of the 10 cards you’re carrying around is the most recent....BlueprintPortal always has the most recent card.
