This app works well to help you navigate your medical record, email your physician, review your laboratory history. Would like to have fingerprint identification to avoid recurrent logins

I haven’t had the problems I have noticed others have. I’ve requested refills, appointments, received lab results etc. with very few problems. That being said I would give it another star if all the doctors I have (c)would use it. Note: I did have to express once, to each of my doctors, to please release/post lab results. Yes, it did take a little time to get used to using it. But hey, being over 70 it takes me more time to getting used to anything new. Duane W Mikey (pseudo name)

I don’t use this app very often but I wish I could. I just don’t open it because it really isn’t that intuitive to do simple things like schedule an appointment. There are fields to fill out that sometimes you start on it only to realize you’re in the wrong section. Hmm. Then in the Inbox for example, the messages take ages to load (by the standards of other apps!) and u have to actually go within a msg to delete it which has a lag time also. I don’t know. It’s heart is in the right place but it needs work!
