App needs an update
Location of the bus won’t automatically update. I have to constantly close ViafyParent out and reopen ViafyParent just to see where the bus is, if not it will show me that the bus stuck is stuck in one spot and not moving. It would be a great app if I can see the bus moving so I know when to send my kids out to the bus stop without having to log back in each time.

Very poor support and setup
The could be a very useful app but the team working in ViafyParent and project are not very helpful or supportive. They have loaded bunch of incorrect routes for the students and if we call to ask for explanation, their generic response is it will take a month to fix. This should have been correctly in place before the school started but no. Their support response ETA is 3-5 biz days which is ridiculous
This is a v basic rudimentary software and doesn’t seem to have been built or managed by professionals

Simple, yet useful
Great new design, I got notifications before the bus pick my kids or if it gonna be late, also I can check the bus route in real time.
Best experience ever!
