Should be zero stars. I downloaded app with free 3 day trial. I quickly realized ParentalGPSPhoneTracker was not intended for what I needed it to do, so I cannot speak to how well it works. Within the first 8 hours (not 3 days), I searched ParentalGPSPhoneTracker for subscription cancellation and wasn’t able to locate. Was able to text their app support and I stated I would like to cancel subscription. This is the reply in quotations from Liseth: “Good afternoon dear customer, we inform you that our goal is to provide you with the necessary tools to provide you with quality service and solve problems with our application, however, due to the inconvenience caused, you can be refunded and cancel your account if you make a review of 5 stars and send the photo Do you agree?”...I don’t appreciate being conned into doing them a favor for something I do not owe them for. Very unprofessional and seems a bit shady.
